tore up / off

So the doc took a bunch of pics and said there is a large section of radial collateral ligament that is separated away from the bone. The doc said 3-6 weeks recovery time. Just ice it when it hurts and wrap the elbow good when doing light exercising. I wonder if BMX is light exercise.

So if your not doing "light exercise" then you don't have to wrap your elbow Or it sounds to me like you simply should not ride in the dark...that's easy enough...use a light!
