Its BMX baby

Well it has been a little while since the last post. All has been very low key, my right leg is still on break. That's a week off now, I am gonna giver hell and see if she holds together. It really sucks getting sidelined in the end stretch of the year because it so easy to say screw it and do some yard work. Well Wednesday brought the first official practice at Milwaukee BMX. Josh made his debut on the hemi. The first lap was a train wreck. He was yelling he won't go down the hill, he would hit the breaks hard and stop in the middle of the jumps and fall down. Thanks to Russell and my running around the track, his fears cleared up after 5 laps. Two hours later I was forcing him of the track in the dark. He loved it, he flipped over the bars, looped it out, and crashed a couple dozen times. So all I heard on the way home was, when are we going back. Well that was yesterday, It was a open house for the track with the city. Josh did a bunch of solid laps and won a set of Sun rims in a raffle. We we have some work to do to get josh to stand up more while riding. I am sure it will all come together before racing starts at Elkhorn in November.

Josh was doing great. It will be no time and he will be standing and flying over the jumps not the bars.
