Plan in motion

plan in motion

Ok I am down 9 pounds since Dec 1.

I had to buy a belt, kinda nice.

Hitting the gym 2-3 times a week

I have ridden the bike , in the basement a few times

Putting together a studded up winter beater to keep riding, outside

I have been totally eating better, except new years night.

See you all in 4 months
