on the 3rd ten to go

Days in texas that is. Man let me tell you Dallas has the worst drivers and some of the most messed up freeways I have ever driven on. The quality of the pavement is nice. They have no idea what potholes are. So I have done a couple good bike rides in 80 degree weather. I miss the boys more than you can know. I miss shelly as well, but after talking to Josh and Cole on the phone it makes everyday even longer. Well I have seen a lot of this town going in the wrong direction, there really is nothing to do. Well time for learning. Kenny

days are flying

Man it has been awhile, but a lot has happened. Josh is riding his bike on two wheels like a pro now. Three days ago you would have thought he was never going to ride. Tuesday he was screaming in the road and throwing a major fit he was never going to ride. Then wahla he was riding along without any problems. Shelly has the bike out of the basement and it sounds like she is ready to ride. I have a couple hundred miles on the road bike and a really good ride on the new fuel at the Muir. The jerseys for the New team are in and the season in less than a month away. The boys will be spending some time with grandpas and grandmas with shelly heading to New York and I am heading to Texas for work. Last night I went on the wheel ride and man it was fast, they spit me out 12 miles into the ride. When they attacked on a climb, I looked down and they pulled away at 25mph, I know when I am beat. So I finished with Bubba, Coop and Bruce on the way back. Well this Sunday is Easter and a hunt is sure to produce a good story so stay tuned. I hope everyone has a blessed Easter.

Weeks over

It has been a while since the last post and a ton of stuff is happed. Still getting a mouse a day in the garage. I guess the feral cats would eat them if the coyotes would stop eating all the cats. We need something to eat the coyotes. That won't happen. So the weather is getting better and we grab back another hour of sunshine tonight. We are heading to ripon for a wedding tonight and the boys are staying by Grama and Grampa H tonight. First thing today I am going on a team ride at 10. I hope I have gotten over the flat tire issue. The last three rides I got a flat all in the front tire. Last night I found it flat from the ride Wednesday. So I retaped the rim and put on a new tire. I could not find anything in the old tire or the rim, but it had two small holes. Later today Josh has his first kids only birthday party today. Then I better get joshs curtains hung in his room. So. Shelly and I will have a night to ourselves with friends, kind of selfish, but it has been a long winter. Time to make breakfast for the rugrats.
