still alive

Yep we are all still alive. The last couple of days we put down a fresh coat of paint in the kitchen/living room/dining area. Got the scaffolding from home depot and 11 gallons of paint and we finished up tonight. Will take josh to BMX practice Thursday not sure if I am going to push the elbow just yet.

tore up / off

So the doc took a bunch of pics and said there is a large section of radial collateral ligament that is separated away from the bone. The doc said 3-6 weeks recovery time. Just ice it when it hurts and wrap the elbow good when doing light exercising. I wonder if BMX is light exercise.

40 what

So it 40 outside and my elbow is all messed up. Went to the doc today and he said go see a orthopedic and have him check out the swelling around the tendons. So that is where I will be Thursday. No bmx practice that night.

1st and hurt

So I took home my first 1st place trophy of the year today at the barn. I unfortunately really torqued my elbow. During practice I attempted to jump the step up jump and my hand slipped on the bars. I locked my arms to save it at twisted my elbow good when I landed. I got to thank Jay for the first 8 aspirin I ate. I have it iced now and took some real prescription pain killers. Seems to be working so far. Making it really easy to watch the Daytona 500. Seem a few more WORS faces at the races again. Man after talking to them it sounds like next winter the WORS racer in bmx will be an uprising.

NBA wrong

So is the NBA way off here. I understand gay people have every right to play sports and live and do what ever they want. Come on now really, if you are attracted to the same sex should it be promoted by a sport league to use the same locker room. Their is no way in hell anyone would let a guy in a girls locker room even if he admitted he was gay. So why is it OK for someone that has come "out" to use the same locker room.

1000 miles and no fun

The nice thing about being the boss for 115 people in 5 states, You really only have to see them once a year. That however brings a lot of driving in one week to do yearly reviews. Yes this week sucked. I seen Chicago, Battle Creek, Cleavland, Brecksville and today Madison. So last night we hit the barn for a few more gates. I think my brain finally has the gate cadence worked out. Josh had a good time. He is looking faster and didn't fall once all night. Sunday will be fun racing again. Well I think I let me wife talking me into painting our living room. I guess three years of new house white is getting old. Also starting to finalize the Berryman trip, seems like it will be three days of riding and sleeping the last weekend in March. Till later.......

sad week

Well if it wasn't one thing it was another that kept me off the bikes this week. Sad week on the trainer for only 40 minutes all week. No bmx either. Just lots of kids stuff and meetings or party's . So the wife and I are going to have a biggest loser contest. Starting Sunday we are weighing in and taking pics. The biggest loser after 6 weeks will get something nice. Time to go party at 11:00 today.

RIP Rosie O

I heard that all the fighting between the Donald and Rosie got to be to much for her. Apparently they found a empty bottle of pill sand empty booze bottles at her house . Then hours later they found her face down in Ricki Lake. She will be missed.

sunday race/birth day

So it was Josh's birthday and another day at the Barn. We had some family out to watch so it was nice. Josh was really nervous about moving up to 7 novice. He raced about half the speed of his practice gates. I guess we really need to work on going fast all the time. I again got dropped two age groups to race with some really fast young guys. I don't feel bad about taking 4th to the young guns that race pro and expert every weekend. See you Thursday at the barn.

at work on saturday

Well this week has sucked in a big way, day 6 in a row at work again. Missed bmx practice missed dinner and the kids. Its really nice that all the dipshats in all the lefty media were right. That the merger between AT&T and Bell South would hurt the consumer. That why everyone here is working 6 day a week because the prices are to high. We have the Unity plan that is going to save Small business a crap load of money. Then we are getting ramped up to sell naked DSL, yep just the dsl without a land line. Then watch for the Big Daddy , U-verse it the 25 mega fiber/copper that will bring you 400 channels 4 shows at a time dvr, all distance phone, DSL and a cell package for 125 bucks. Right now 400 channels of cable cost more alone.

Let see we just got this report. As of November 2006 there were 4011 operating phone companies in the lower 48 states including cable So now that the merger is complete I bet your phone bill sky rocketed just like all the consumer watch dog said. Well the same report indicated that consumers with AT&T and Verizon had a bill for local service that was 28% lower than average in the lower 48% states. The report also indicated by the end of 2007 the cable companies must offer their source scramble code to competitors and resellers then will destroy voip phone service as well. So wonder who the voip worldcom will be. Well I will get back to work so everyone can have great service.
