Run, not walk out of California

The furlough plan comes as the Schwarzenegger administration and the state's largest employee union, Service Employees International Union, Local 1000, negotiate a new contract for 90,000 of the 194,000 state workers.

Can someone explain to me what 194,000 state workers do for the state of california. Just for refernece our lovely state has 6200 employees.

So the terminator wants to take away 2 of the 14 holidays per year and 2 of the 12 sick days an give them two unpaid days per month for one year to solve a billion dollar hole in the budget. So the SEIU is fighting it in court, they rather have the Gov layoff 12000 workers.

Clean up on aisle 4 please

What a shame just a few days ago Boyrock had a great speech about being responsible and spending in smart ways and then he throws this piece of garbage spending plan out to the American people. I guess this is a change like no one has ever seen, not even Jimmy Carter in his dreams.

Its here

Not sure who does the P1 paint at trek, but a huge thanks goes out to you.

lite little

Here is Josh's new ride for 2009. It was scary that all I had to pick up was a seat post and cables. I had the rest just lying around. I also got him a better headset. This bad boy tips the scales at 16 pouns, not bad for a 13" frame.

worst boss ever

So the new boss decides to keep you on the payroll on his first day of work. Then on day two he gives a speech to a bunch of customers about being responsible with the companies money and pulling up your boot strap and work through this time. Then on day three he takes away your raises and extra sick time. Then on day 4 you find out he is taking 25 million worth of the companies money and giving it to another company to strength their bottom line.

I know your thinking that must be the dumbest boss ever.

As promised, President Obama has ended the ban on federal funding for international groups that perform abortions or provide information about the procedure.
He quietly signed the executive order this afternoon in the Oval Office giving Mexico millions to fund the program that started in the Reagan era.

You starting to wonder how much of the new 900 billion will be going to other countries.

Stop it all ready

Why the f0ck is everything that boyrock does have to be historic. Did he take the first historic crap by a black man yet in the official oval office toilet. Was there an historic sexual encounter yet in the presidential suite. Well I am sure Billy took care of that. Its all bullshit, today boyrock is talking about Historically high unemployment, you ass munch 8% is far from historic. I can't stand all the retards trying to turn one of the most important positions in this county into some pop culture phenomenon so somehow they can feel they are part of it all. Get over yourself all ready and let him do something with out it being HISTORIC head line news. I am afraid to turn on CNN for the fear they will all be playing with themselves. On a side note there is a rumor that boyrock has told all his minions in the press no shoots of the Misses from behind. Maybe a historic treadmill can be installed for that.

How the HE double hockey sticks

So I have been going to the gym, doing a bunch of aerobic as well as weight training for the last couple of weeks. During that time I cut back huge on my portions and on red meat and have increased by fruit and vegetables intake like I am a vegetarian. So I step on the scale for the first time in three weeks I gained 5 f'ing pounds. What how the hell does that happen. Let me also tell you I was sicker that shat and one eat about 20 club crackers in three days. The trainer told me a lot time being on a cycle of antibiotics will make you gain weight, that your digestive systems get all out of whack and holds more fats and water. I hope she is right because right now this really sucks. I am starting to feel alot better so I guess something is working.

Washington, the us toilet

Man, I would hate to be in DC today with the crowds. I would love to be there to witness the whole think if I could get out after. They listed a few stats that are a bit scary. First, they estimate there will be 1 potra potty per 5400 participants. Once they are "full" and are inside the the crowds they will be locked. Only the ones lining the perimeter will be emptied and cared fro. They said it would be impossible to get the trucks into the crowds. The reflection pool will be thawed by lunch time. They believe it will take 9 hours for everyone to exit the mall area and all traffic will be halted till 10pm from the mall to the metra station 13 blocks away. They think the metra will be backed up till 2 am Wednesday. The best part, there are more than 160 snipers in place and another 1200 officers in the mall on foot horseback, bike, golf carts and 4 wheelers.

It was the first day of a school in the USA and a new Indian student named Chandrasekhar Subramanian entered the fourth grade.

The teacher said, "Let'sbegin by reviewing some American History. Who said 'Give me Liberty , orgive me Death'?"

She saw asea of blank faces, except for Chandrasekhar, who had his hand up: 'PatrickHenry, 1775' he said. 'Very good!'

Who said'Government of the People, by the People, for the People, shall not perishfromthe Earth?'

Again, no response except from Chandrasekhar. 'Abraham Lincoln, 1863' saidChandrasekhar.

The teachersnapped at the class, 'Class, you should be ashamed. Chandrasekhar, who is new to our country, knows more about its history than you do.'

She heard aloud whisper: 'Fuck the Indians,'
'Who saidthat?' she demanded.
Chandrasekhar put his hand up. 'GeneralCuster, 1862.' At thatpoint, a student in the back said, 'I'm gonna puke.'
The teacher glares around and asks 'All right! Now, who said that?'
Again, Chandrasekharsays, 'George Bush to the Japanese Prime Minister, 1991.
' Now furious, another student yells, 'Oh yeah? Suck this!'
Chandrasekharjumps out of his chair wavinghis hand and shouts to the teacher , 'Bill Clinton, to Monica Lewinsky, 1997!'
Now withalmost mob hysteria someone said 'You little shit. If you say anythingelse,I'll kill you.'

Chandrasekhar frantically yells at the top of his voice, ' Michael Jackson to the childwitnesses testifying against him- 2004.'

The teacher fainted. and as the class gathered around the teacher on the floor, someone said, 'Oh shit,we'rescrewed!'
and Chandrasekhar said quietlly, "I think it was the American people, November4, 2008."

Now what do I do?

Some of you may already know that our son Josh has autism. At first it was a real heart breaker but after a while you learn to step up and take it on and try to just control any little piece of what is going on with his thoughts. I get most frustrated when you think you have something just about sorted out and bam you start all over again with the same task. Then I remember autism is something we can live with which is much better that some other aliments that can take a child away.
Well since no Autism treatments are covered by any insurance company in this country there is a program through medicare that funds a great portion of intensive in home therapy. Well after more that 2 years of waiting on that list for the medicare funding there is a open slot available. Here is my struggle right now. To be in the program you must complete 20 hours a week of in home therapy. Well Josh is at school till 4:00 ever day so that would leave about 3 hours per night and then take up most of Saturday. I know it should be great news that we finally have the chance to get in home help. However some of you have seen Josh every summer and know he has come along way from the non verbal no way looking at you child that always wanted to be by himself . Well today you can't stop him from looking or talking to you about a million things. You may only understand about 75% of what he is saying. So now I am thinking it would be a bad thing to take Josh's life away to force him to spend every night in the house. It amazing the amount of stuff we do that he would not be able to do anymore from bike rides to fishing after school. Any after school activity would be put on hold for more than a year and more that likely nothing more on Saturdays. I guess I really need more info on a plan to get 20 hours a week in.

Update: The diet and workout plan was put on hold with a horrible cold that settled in the body and caused a lot on pain and the need to take a lot of drugs to drive out. Back to the gym Monday.
